On 24th May, 2023, the Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, NILDS, Prof.Abubakar O Sulaiman received the Resident Representative, Dr. Vladimir Kreck and the Head of Division for Sub-Saharan Africa of Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, KAS, Dr. Stefan Friedrich to discuss the existing collaboration between the two organisations ( Nilds and Kas) and other matters.
